Karneval im Juli / Carnival in July

Zum Geburtstag des 1.Vorsitzenden der Stadtgarde Ludwigshafen sind diese Sachen entstanden.
These things were made as a birthday gift for the president of Stadtgarde Ludwigshafen (a carnival guard).

Die Szenekarte war die Verpackung zu Konzertkarten, ratet mal für welche Kölner Band? Der Bus (Magnolia) ist auf die Farben der Stadtgarde abgestimmt. Ausserdem habe ich Art Impressions und Freddy & Friends Stempel für die Szene verwendet, und ein paar Linien mit einem Copic Drawing Pen F01 gemacht. Coloriert habe ich mit Copics.

This scenic card was the wrapping for concert cards for a Colonian Carnival Band called "Bläck Fööss". The Magnolia Bus is colored with the Guards colors. I used Art Impressions and Freddy & Friends stampsfor the scene, as well. Missing lines were drawn with Copics Drawing Pen F01, and colored the whole thing with Copics.

Diese Karte habe ich im Stil der Uniform-Kappe gestaltet.

This card is shaped and desiged like the guards carnival uniform cap.

Und das ist der "Umschlag" für die Kappenkarte, ein Bollerwägelchen, wie ihn die Karnevalsgruppen oft als "Feldküche" oder "Mini-Gardisten-Kutsche" bei den Umzügen verwenden. Er ist aus Graupappe und Zernit (Back-Knete) entstanden.

And this is the "envelope" for the cap-card. These little wagons are often used at the carnival-move to carry the drinks and snacks for the guards or the children, that can not walk all the way. It was made of chipboard and Zernit (bakeable modelling clay).
